it's finally here! sorry, i've been teasing you with this video for a while but here is my more realistic productive morning routine for when i have to go into the office but still want to make the most of my morning! from bits of self care, to journalling, to going to the gym... this is the morning routine i find sets me up for the best start. reminder: i don't do this everyday, remember to listen to your body & it's needs. always get enough sleep ☁️
