If you are looking for a new fast and easy meal recipe that’s great in warmer weather but is a treat during cold spells, here it is. 

There are only a few simple ingredients to make 2 generous servings; Imitation crab 8 oz. package (chopped), one large tomato cut into small pieces, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, a dash of celery seed, mayo or Miracle Whip®, a tablespoon of sweet relish (optional), salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients, except Mayo or Miracle Whip®, in a medium-size bowl. Add enough mayo or Miracle Whip® to make the salad creamy and easy to spread on crackers or bread. Serve with crackers like Wheat Thins® or well-toasted, thinly cut, and buttered bread. This also goes great on leaves of romaine, buttercrunch, or iceberg lettuce.
