I Googled for 'Dell Tech Support' and this site came up. Thought I'd give them a try. My other video shows a scammer initiating contact with me. But what happens when you need real technical support and you get tricked into contacting them?  They are not affiliated with Dell, nor are they affiliated with Microsoft. So, I turned on my screen capture card and my camera microphone to find out if the deception stops there or starts there.  Witness their deceptive business practices in this real, recorded interaction with one of their 'technicians.' Don't be a victim and I hope you enjoy this video while, at the same time, find it educational.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 25th, 2014: 

As a direct result of this expose', a lawyer claiming to represent OmniSupport attempted to intimidate me via a phone call to my private, unlisted direct-line without my consent.

The lawyer they use is Bill Rothbard at:

This lawyer claims to have worked at the FTC, but apparently he has switched sides. Peruse his client list to see the types of clients he represents and read his countless, scathing missives about his former employer, the FTC, on the blog section of his web-site.
