If I keep on doing Amish Friendship Bread recipes at the pace I've been doing, its going to start moving the needle on the bathroom scale 😃 So this weekend, I spent a lot of time using up almost all of my starter by baking up about 6 loaves of bread to make more biscotti in our @harvestright freeze dryer.  And we also made up another batch of pizza dough, which we'll have for dinner later tonight.  As for my starter, I'm going to scale it back to smaller portions / feedings while keeping the same ratio.  This should keep it alive, and keep me fitting into my clothes ♥
