生吐司。Whipping Cream bread
份量 : 12兩吐司1條 (10x20x10cm)

材料 :
高筋麵粉300g
細砂糖15g
鹽3/4茶匙(約3g)
蜂蜜25g
速發乾酵母1/2茶匙(約2g)
牛奶(室溫)170ml 
動物性鮮奶油50ml
無鹽奶油20g 



*預熱到180度c的烤箱中烘烤40分鐘

Whipping Cream bread
serves/makes : 10x20x10cm

Ingredients :
300g bread flour
3/4 teaspoon Salt(about 3g)
15g Caster sugar
25g honey
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
170ml fresh milk (room temperature )
50ml Whipping Cream
20g unsalted butter(room temperature )

*Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)  40min to Golden brown
