There are many ways to cook chicken. Today I will show you how to cook chicken breast in an air fryer. It’s so easy to do and delicious. Please watch the video and follow detailed instructions below for more information. 
INGREDIENTS:
* 3 Chicken Breasts
* 1 Tbsp Peri-Peri seasoning
* Salt
* Black pepper
* About 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
* 1 tsp parsley
We will walk you through each step of this recipe in the video above:
(0:20): Beat the chicken breast with a meat tenderiser
(0:36): Rub salt and black pepper to the chicken breast on both sides
(1:05): Drizzle cooking oil on the chicken breast
(1:11): Sprinkle Peri-Peri seasoning on the chicken, then sprinkle Parsley on top
(1:26): Rub the seasoning on both sides
(1:42): Spray the cooking oil to the air fryer basket (optional), then lay the seasoned chicken breast on it    	
(1:57): Air fry at 180 C for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and continue cooking in the air fryer for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken.
(2:24): Take out the chicken and you have juicy and tender cooked chicken breast.
Notes & Tips:
(1) For this recipe, instead of Peri-Peri seasoning, you may choose any other seasoning you like
(2) Before you spray the cooking oil into the air fryer, you should preheat the air fryer for about 3 minutes.
(3) Avoid using cooking spray on your air fryer basket as it can peel off the coating on the basket.
(4) In order to make the chicken completely cooked, the internal temperature should be 165F/75C.
