In Part 2 of our two-part series reviewing the Native Connections Sustainability Toolkit, we will highlight grantee sustainability planning efforts. Participants will hear from grantee presenters about the efforts they have implemented to sustain the outcomes of their projects. These grantees will share their efforts to extend their work beyond the lifetime of their grants, such as training staff, building relationships, obtaining funding, and developing new departments and programs. Objectives:  To build a sense of safety and cohesion among Native Connections (NC) grantees
Identify and share grantee sustainability responses
