CLEWs is an open source tool that allows for the analysis of interlinkages and tradeoffs existing between water, food and energy security and resources, which both contribute and are vulnerable to climate change. UNDP and UNDESA in partnership with other institutions facilitate the development and transfer of this methodology to countries, supporting evidence-based coherent policies for the achievement of the 2030 Agenda.
