Watch a full tutorial as a 2017 Ford F250 will have a new pair of Skar Audio coaxial speakers installed in the rear doors.  We will be using the Skar audio TX65 6.5" coaxial speaker set which is rated for 100w RMS each side of power output for better sound quality. 

Note: This vehicle was equipped with the Sony amplified system from the factory.  We are bypassing the factory Sony amplifier in the amplifier install video (linked below). Whether you keep the factory Sony sound system (if equipped) or bypassing it, any 4 ohm 6.5" speaker will work in the factory location.

This video applies to Ford F-250 & F-350  models for years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. This video also includes door panel removal, speaker wiring, and installation.
