In this ASMR cooking video, I share the best recipe to celebrate pancake day.  It helped me break the first pancake curse. So if you’re on a quest for a working crepe recipe, definitely give this one a try.

The ingredients (for 8 25cm pancakes):
- 330ml milk of your choice
- 2 eggs
- 50g vegetable oil
- 1tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 100g plain flour

The batter is quite universal so it works with both sweet and savory crepe fillings. Thus you are free to choose any filling you like. Cheese and ham, bacon and fried egg, fresh fruit and greek yogurt, guacamole and salmon, etc. Basically, anything makes a great filling. It’s a good option for a party when guests can choose the toppings themselves.
