Arts writer, Milène J. Fernández (milenejf.com) shares her reflections on the Dutch Golden Age painter, Johannes Vermeer (1632–1675) at The Salmagundi Art Club in New York City on May 19, 2023, after having seen the sold-out VERMEER exhibition at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam on March 28, 2023. 

In 2016 Milène interviewed Dr. Jorgen Wadum, the conservator who cleaned the iconic painting, "Girl with a Pearl Earring" for an article that was published in The Epoch Times. Part of the talk touches on how that interview informed her insights about the VERMEER exhibition. It includes a question and answer session with the audience at the end.
